We welcome feedback and ideas to improve our processes. You can contact us to give feedback.
Complaints
If you are not happy with the administrative process or the behaviour of the Sentence Administration Board (SAB), you can complain. You cannot complain about a decision the SAB makes.
You can make your complaint by contacting us.
It is helpful if you can tell us:
- your name
- your address
- telephone number
- details of the incident or situation, including times and dates
- the name or position of any SAB or secretariat staff member involved
- how you would like to resolve the complaint
We will refer the complaint to the Justice and Community Safety Directorate of ACT Government who will follow their policy to manage your complaint.
