Affordable Housing Project Fund
The Affordable Housing Project Fund aims to:
- grow the supply of affordable rental properties in Canberra
- strengthen the community housing sector.
Around 800 new affordable rental homes will be supported through the Affordable Housing Project Fund pipeline.

You can apply if you're a:
- community housing provider
- build-to-rent operator.
What you can do
At least 15 per cent of the development must be provided as affordable rental for a minimum of 15 years.
