Agreement to Introduce – Health Infrastructure Enabling Bill 2023

Cabinet agreed the Minister for Health introduce the Health Infrastructure Enabling Bill 2023 in the ACT Legislative Assembly.
The Health Infrastructure Enabling Bill 2023, if passed, will allow for the ACT Government to progress with building a new public hospital on the northside of Canberra and
transition to the delivery of public health services under a single provider to meet the growing and changing needs of the ACT community.
