The ACT Government report will positively impact the governance and institution domain by providing information on improvements made to the policy and administration of the Home Buyer Concession Scheme.

ACT Countering Violent Extremism Strategic Approach

Cabinet agreed the proposed ACT Countering Violent Extremism Strategic Approach.

The ACT Countering Violent Extremism Strategic Approach is intended to have a direct positive impact across wellbeing domains including safety, identity and belonging, social connection, education and life-long learning health and governance and institutions through its ability to engage in early, open and informed activities to address violent extremism in the ACT.

Cabinet endorsed the below appointments:

  • Appointment of Special Magistrate (Minute Number: 26/372/CAB)
  • Appointment of Official Visitors for the purposes of the Corrections Management Act 2007 and the Housing Assistance Act 2007 (Minute Number: 26/118/CAB)
