Community Priorities Survey 2025
Summary
The 2025 Community Priorities survey looked at the key issues affecting Canberrans and how they keep informed about things going on in their area.
More than 1,800 Canberrans took part in the survey in October 2025.
Building on previous research to check in with the community, the survey identified:
- current priorities the community would like to see the ACT Government focus on
- Canberrans' communication preferences for keeping informed about local issues
The survey results help guide Government priority setting, service planning and delivery, and development of the 2026/27 ACT Budget.
Results also help Government develop communications that are relevant and aligned with Canberran’s needs.
