Prequalification

The ACT Government operates prequalification schemes for contractors and consultants in the construction industry. These schemes help manage risk, support sustainable practices and make it easier for businesses to tender for work.

The ACT Government also administers two National Prequalification Schemes on behalf of Australasian Procurement and Construction Council Inc (APCC) and Austroads Limited.

The ACT Government uses ContrACTS, an online portal for managing capital works contracts. Contracted suppliers use this system to submit invoices and manage project documentation.
