Overview
We are building Canberra for our growing community.
Our projects are outlined in the ACT Infrastructure Plan.
The plan sets the long-term direction for infrastructure and guides how projects are planned, built and renewed across Canberra.
It includes schools, health facilities, transport upgrades, cultural spaces and other public buildings.

Cladding Rectification Program
The program removes and replaces potentially combustible cladding on affected buildings.
The program has two streams:
- Government Buildings Program
- Private Buildings Cladding Scheme
The Government Buildings Program was completed in late 2022. Work continues on the Private Buildings Cladding Scheme.

Electrification program
The Electrification of Government Gas Assets Program (EoGGA) upgrades electricity networks and replaces gas systems in ACT Government facilities.
The program will electrify more than 1,000 gas assets across government buildings.
This supports the ACT’s transition to cleaner energy and reduces emissions from government facilities.
