Overview

Infrastructure Canberra (iCBR) manages, maintains and leases ACT Government properties. Our portfolio ranges from office buildings and works depots to childcare centres, libraries, community halls and aquatic centres.

We:

manage government and non-government properties and tenancies
manage Territory-owned aquatic facilities and management contracts
plan and deliver strategic asset management
maintain, upgrade and repair properties.

Properties we manage

Our portfolio includes heritage and historic buildings such as Albert Hall and the Yarralumla Woolshed. It also includes aquatic centres and the Civic Merry-Go-Round.

Leasing a property

Community groups, small businesses and some commercial organisations can lease the premises we manage. Demand is high and few properties become vacant.

We keep a register of organisations interested in leasing an ACT Government property. You can apply to join the register at any time.

Property maintenance

We maintain and upgrade ACT Government properties. Our services include planned maintenance, building repairs, small and medium construction projects, asset condition audits, refurbishments and fit-outs.

If you are an ACT Government tenant, you can submit a work order request or report an urgent fault.

Hiring a community venue

We manage community halls and centres across Canberra. You can hire them for one-off or regular events.

You can book some venues through the ACT Government venues pages. Community organisations manage bookings for the rest.
