Peppercorn leases

The Select Committee on Estimates 2018-19, in its Inquiry into the Appropriation Bill 2018-19 and the Appropriation (Office of the Legislative Assembly) Bill 2018-19, recommended that the ACT Government ‘create a public register of those organisations who benefit from peppercorn arrangements.’ The Government has accepted this recommendation and is committed to increased openness and transparency in Directorate annual reporting.
