We are reviewing our flags and banners service.
You can hire flag and banner sites across Canberra to promote a festival, sporting event, charity event, or arts and cultural event.
You cannot use these sites for general advertising or to promote industry events.
Where the sites are
We manage flag and banner sites in these locations:
- Parliamentary Triangle
- Lake Burley Griffin
- Canberra CBD
- Belconnen
- Woden
- Federal Highway and Barton Highway
How we choose events
We approve events that:
- add colour and life to the city
- are of interest to the community, particularly cultural, charitable, sporting and recreational events in Canberra and the ACT region
- promote Canberra and the ACT region
- recognise Canberra's role as the nation's capital.
Your event must also meet ACT Government standards, terms and conditions.
