Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan 2025 - 26

iCBR’s first Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) represents our commitment to reconciliation. Our Reflect RAP builds upon our existing history within the ACT Government of engagement with First Nations communities and initiatives. We hold a place of responsibility towards Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals and communities in the territory, particularly within the infrastructure industry, building upon traditional Aboriginal land.

RAPs are administered by Reconciliation Australia. Infrastructure Canberra joins a network of more than 2,200 corporate, government, and not-for-profit organisations that have made a formal commitment to reconciliation through the RAP program.

Our Reflect RAP includes 14 actions and 35 deliverables under four key categories – Relationships, Respect, Opportunities, Governance – to which we will all contribute.
