Collecting seeds and plants for commercial purposes

You must have a licence to collect seeds and plants from unleased land for commercial use. Collecting seeds for purposes other than scientific study is considered commercial.

You must supply a detailed list of every proposed species you would like to collect and the maximum amounts.

Apply for a licence to take plants from unleased land for commercial purposes.

If your licence application is approved, you must keep records of all plant materials collected on the ACT Wildlife Atlas Data Entry Template.
