An ACT Government Website

Summary

The ACT Government reviewed the Integrity Commission Act 2018 to:

  • enable the Integrity Commission to deter and investigate allegations of corruption
  • strengthen confidence in ACT public sector governance.

The government also reviewed the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2012 at the same time. It did this because the law required it and the two are closely connected.
