A concept masterplan will be developed for streetscape improvements within the Dickson Group Centre. The aim is to improve the quality of public spaces, pedestrian connectivity, and create greener, more active streets.
The concept masterplan will provide a guiding vision for the development of better streets in the Dickson Group Centre. It will outline the intended character and design principles and identify a staging plan.
The masterplan will be informed by a range of plans and guides, including:
Proposed features will likely include refreshed public spaces, new trees and garden beds, better pedestrian crossings and improved lighting.

We will be hosting a drop-in session in Dickson in March to understand the community’s views on the initial principles for a streetscape masterplan.
