We inform and deliver ACT Government land releases in the City Renewal Precinct, which includes the City Centre, Acton Waterfront, Northbourne Avenue and Dickson.
These releases are identified each year in the ACT Budget’s Indicative Land Release Program, which outlines ACT Government land that may be released over the next five years.
Our ongoing analysis of the Precinct’s needs and opportunities ensures an appropriate mix of residential, mixed-use and commercial spaces that are both high quality and sustainable.
We deliver design-led renewal that considers features like tree cover, native landscaping and communal spaces that cool our city and bring people together.
It’s part of our goal to build a modern and exciting precinct in which people want to spend time in, start a business or invest in further development.
The following outlines current land releases throughout the City Renewal Precinct.
